Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp.
fresh lime juice
- 2 1/2 Tbsp.
olive oil
- 1/4 cup
Kalamata olives, pitted and finely chopped
- 1
small jalapeño, halved lengthwise, seeded, and thinly sliced
- 3 lb.
watermelon, rind removed, quartered, and cut into large wedges
- 2 Tbsp.
mint leaves, torn
- 1/2 Tbsp.
za’atar
Flaky sea salt, for serving
Directions
- Step 1In small bowl, whisk together lime juice and oil. Toss with olives and jalapeño; let sit 5 minutes.
- Step 2Arrange watermelon slices on large platter, spoon dressing on top, and sprinkle with mint, za’atar, and flaky sea salt.
