Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 bunch spinach
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Step 1In 5-quart saucepot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until golden. Add spinach in batches; add salt. Cover and cook, stirring once, just until spinach wilts, about 4 minutes. Discard garlic, if you like.
