Flatbread Cubano Sandwiches

Two flour tortillas make a classic cubano extra flaky and crunchy.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. lower-sodium Swiss cheese, very thinly sliced
- 4 oz. lower-sodium deli ham, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced dill pickles, patted dry
- 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro
- 8 (6") flour tortillas
- Spicy brown mustard, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Spray 1 large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Divide lower-sodium Swiss cheese, lower-sodium deli ham, dill pickles and cilantro among 4 flour tortillas on prepared sheets. Top each with another flour tortilla. Spray tops with nonstick cooking spray.
- Step 2Bake in 475°F oven 6 to 8 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. With spatula, carefully turn sandwiches over; bake 6 minutes or until deep golden brown and crisp. Serve with spicy brown mustard and green salad.
