Ingredients
- 2 cups honeydew melon chunks (about 1/4 whole melon)
- 1/2 cup silver tequila
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
- 1 tsp. agave syrup
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Coarse salt
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1In blender, puree honeydew until smooth; transfer to large cocktail shaker along with tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur and agave syrup.
- Step 2On small plate, combine sugar and salt. Rub rims of 2 cocktail glasses with lime wedge and dip into sugar mixture so it adheres. Add ice to shaker; carefully shake until very cold. Fill sugar-rimmed glasses with ice; strain margaritas into glasses.

For a mocktail, replace tequila with lemon or lime seltzer.
