Ingredients
1 8-oz wheel Brie cheese
Fresh thyme
Bread and crackers, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare strawberries. Eight min. before strawberries are finished, line baking sheet with parchment and place Brie on top, or place Brie in small cast-iron skillet. Bake 7 min. Transfer to platter if not in cast-iron skillet, then spoon some roasted strawberries on top. Sprinkle with thyme and serve with bread and crackers if desired. Serve with remaining strawberries
