Tangy Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
- pork tenderloin, cut into 2" slices
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 3 cups slaw mix
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 brioche buns
Directions
- Step 1Add steamer insert to large saucepot filled with 2 inches water; cover and heat to boiling.
- Step 2Rub pork tenderloin with chili powder and 1⁄2 teaspoon salt; add to steamer. Reduce heat to maintain simmer; cook pork, covered, 20 minutes or until tender.
- Step 3Cool slightly; with hands, shred pork, then toss with barbecue sauce and spicy brown mustard.
- Step 4Toss slaw mix with cider vinegar and pinch salt. Serve on brioche buns, split and toasted, topped with slaw.
