- 1 Tbsp.
to 2 tbsp. Homemade Sriracha (depending on your spice preference)
- 2 Tbsp.
pure maple syrup
- 10
slices bacon (about 12 oz)
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 400°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil and set wire rack inside.
- Step 2Arrange bacon slices without overlapping on wire rack and bake 10 minutes. Flip and bake 10 minutes more.
- Step 3In small bowl, mix sriracha and maple syrup. Brush bacon with glaze and bake until crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS: Heat air fryer to 325°F. Working in batches if needed, line air-fryer basket with bacon slices. Air-fry 10 minutes. Using tongs, flip bacon and air-fry 8 minutes more. Brush the maple-sriracha glaze onto tops of each slice of bacon and air-fry until golden and crispy, 1 minute more. Repeat as necessary with remaining bacon and glaze.
