Air Fryer Salmon and Swiss Chard
Bust out your air fryer for juicy salmon with crispy skin.

This quick, simple meal is a cinch to whip up without pulling out a single pan—yep, you heard that right! Air-fry the onion, add the chard, then cook the salmon fillets until the skin crisps up (our favorite part). Serve with a drizzle of chili oil for a touch of richness and heat.
Looking to switch things up? Substitute curly kale for chard, or try with spinach: Increase onion cooking time to 7 minutes, then add spinach-garlic mixture and cook only 2 minutes more.
