Ingredients
- 4
large jarred pepperoncini peppers (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup
flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp.
red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp.
olive oil
Four 3- by 4-in. pieces of focaccia
- 8 oz.
thinly sliced ham
- 6 oz.
fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 3 oz.
thinly sliced salami
- 3 oz.
thinly sliced coppa
- 4
pieces green leaf lettuce
Directions
- Step 1In bowl, combine pepperoncini, parsley, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
- Step 2Split focaccia and top bottoms with pepperoncini relish. Top with ham, mozzarella, salami, and coppa. Add lettuce and finish with focaccia tops.
