Two flavors of Oreo Fudge Cremes are being recalled because they aren't properly labeled with a warning that they contain milk, according to the Food and Drug Administration.
The Oreos affected in this recall include two versions of Oreo Fudge Cremes: Original variety and Mint. The packages have a warning that the cookies were "manufactured on equipment that processes milk," but milk isn't declared as an ingredient on the allergen list. To date, there's been one report of an allergic reaction, but for people with a milk allergy or severe sensitivity to milk, eating these Oreos could be dangerous or even life-threatening. If you have these Oreos, you shouldn't eat them and should throw them away ASAP, the FDA says.
