Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp, tails removed
- 1 tsp. ground chipotle chile
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup refrigerated pico de gallo
- 1 small green apple, finely chopped
- 12 small tortillas
- Green jalapeño hot sauce
Directions
- Step 1Toss shrimp with chipotle chile and salt. In a 12" nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until opaque, stirring occasionally.
- Step 2Whisk sour cream with milk. Combine pico de gallo with apple.
- Step 3Serve shrimp with tortillas, topped with apple mixture, sour cream mixture and hot sauce.
