Chicken club sandwiches meet ranch dressing in these portable wraps. Pack them for bagged lunches or your next picnic.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp.
mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp.
fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt and pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp.
chopped chives
- 1
3 1/2-lb rotisserie chicken
- 3 cups
baby romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 1/2 cups
grape tomatoes, halved, or sliced if large
- 4
slices bacon, cooked
- 4
medium wraps (spinach, tomato or plain)
Directions
- Step 1In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper; fold in chives.
- Step 2Remove chicken breasts from chicken, discarding skin. Slice 1 chicken breast and reserve the rest of chicken for another use.
- Step 3Form wraps: Divide sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and creamy dressing among 4 wraps and roll up, then wrap in parchment or waxed paper.
