Ingredients

firm feta, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup
olive oil
- 2
cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1
small red chile, thinly sliced
- 1
strip lemon zest, thinly sliced, plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1
small sprig fresh rosemary (needles only)
Kosher salt
Directions
Arrange feta in shallow bowl. In skillet, warm oil, garlic, chile, lemon zest, and rosemary on low until garlic is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Spoon warm oil mixture on top of feta and let sit 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
