olive oil
- 1 tsp.
coriander seeds, crushed
- 1/4 tsp.
cumin seeds, crushed
Kosher salt and pepper
Basil, for serving
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F. On small rimmed baking sheet, toss tomatoes, oil, coriander, cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Roast until tomatoes have begun to break down and are juicy, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with basil.
