Ingredients
- 2 cups rinsed carrot tops (tough steps removed)
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1/3 cup toasted almonds
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Step 1In a food processor, combine carrot tops, basil, Parmesan, almonds, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Step 2Pulse to finely chop. Drizzle in olive oil. Serve over cooked noodles or as a tasty dip.
