Ingredients

slices bacon
- 1 1/4 lb.
large cooked shrimp, tails removed and halved
- 1/3 cup
ranch dressing, plus more for dipping
- 4
potato hot dog buns, toasted
Green leaf lettuce and sliced ripe Campari or plum tomatoes, for serving
Chopped chives, for serving
Directions
- Step 1In large skillet on medium, cook bacon until crisp, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate.
- Step 2In large bowl, toss shrimp with ranch dressing until well coated.
- Step 3Line hot dog buns with lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy bacon, then spoon in shrimp and sprinkle with chives. Serve with more ranch dressing for dipping.
