Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 medium leeks, thinly sliced
- 1 large fennel bulb, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Directions
- Step 1In a 12" skillet, heat olive oil on medium-low. Add leeks, fennel, salt, and sugar. Cook, covered, 20 to 30 minutes or until very soft, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Step 2Stir in Dijon. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to 3 days.
