Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. harissa
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
- 1 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 1/2 lb. lamb (cut into chunks) or thinly-sliced top sirloin beef
Directions
- Step 1Stir together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, harissa, cumin, apple pie spice, and salt. Toss with lamb or beef.
- Step 2Marinate at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours in refrigerator.
- Step 3Wipe off excess marinade before threading onto skewers and grilling.
