Ingredients

baby kale

hard-boiled eggs, finely grated

finely grated Parmesan
Directions
- Step 1Heat oil in large skillet on medium. Add onion and garlic and sauté until very tender, about 6 minutes. Add beans and 1/3 cup water and heat through. Add kale, season with salt and pepper and toss until just beginning to wilt, 2 minutes. Top baguette slices with bean mixture, then eggs and Parmesan.
