Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
pitted Castelvetrano olives, smashed
- 3
strips lemon zest, thinly sliced
- 2
cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1
sprig fresh oregano, leaves only
- 1 1/2 tsp.
pink peppercorns, crushed
- 1 tsp.
whole coriander, crushed
- 1/2 cup
olive oil
- 4 oz.
fresh goat cheese
Flaky sea salt
Crostini and vegetables, for serving
Directions
- Step 1In small saucepan, warm olives, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, peppercorns, coriander, and oil on low until garlic is golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Step 2Break goat cheese into pieces and arrange in shallow bowl or on platter. Spoon warm oil mixture on top and let sit 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and serve with crostini and vegetables for dipping and spreading.
