Ingredients

Graham-Cracker Crust

  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 11 graham crackers
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Cheese Filling

  • 1 1/2 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • Raspberries and blueberries for garnish

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 375° F. Prepare Graham-Cracker Crust: In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse almonds with sugar until finely ground; add graham crackers and pulse until fine crumbs form. Pour in melted butter; pulse until moistened. With hand, press mixture firmly onto bottom and up side of 11-inch tart pan with removable bottom. Bake crust 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
    2. Step 2Reset oven control to 350° F. Prepare Cheese Filling: In medium bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Add eggs and extracts; beat just until combined.
    3. Step 3Pour cheese mixture into cooled crust. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool tart on wire rack. Cover and refrigerate tart at least 2 hours.
    4. Step 4To serve, arrange berries decoratively on top of tart for garnish.
