Ingredients
- 3 lb. beef brisket, trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. grape tomatoes, cut into halves
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- Steamed jasmine rice
Directions
- Step 1In 7- to 8-quart slow-cooker bowl, combine beef brisket, garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and pepper.
- Step 2Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or until tender; toss with grape tomatoes, red onion, and mint leaves. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
