8- to 12-oz pkgs. breaded chicken tenders
- 1/3 cup
mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp.
yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp.
ketchup
- 1/2 Tbsp.
sriracha
- 1
large loaf Italian bread, split
- 1
head Little Gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 2
plum tomatoes, sliced
- 3
half-sour pickles, sliced
Directions
- Step 1Cook chicken per package directions.
- Step 2Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and sriracha.
- Step 3Spread sauce on bottom half of bread, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, pickles and remaining bread.
