A quick sauce of fresh orange, red chile, scallions and herbs is delicious spooned over any grilled protein. Bonus: It doubles as a marinade!

Ingredients
- 1
small orange
- 1 tsp.
grated lime zest plus 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp.
olive oil
- 1/2
large red chile, seeded and finely chopped
- 1
scallion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup
cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup
parsley, chopped
Directions
- Step 1Using a vegetable peeler, remove 2 large strips zest from orange. Finely chop zest and place in a bowl. Squeeze in 2 tablespoons orange juice.
- Step 2Add lime zest and juice along with oil, chile, scallion and herbs and mix to combine. Serve with your favorite proteins or veggies.
