Ingredients
- 2 cups
fresh summer fruit (blackberries, raspberries, hulled strawberries, chopped peaches and/or nectarines), chilled
- 1/2 cup
plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup
milk (dairy or nondairy)
Directions
- Step 1In a blender, puree fruit with yogurt and milk, scraping down sides as necessary, until smooth.
- Step 2Pour smoothie into an ice pop mold, then insert sticks and freeze. To make layered ice pops, pour 2 flavors simultaneously into each horizontal mold.
TOP POP MOLD: Norpro Frozen Ice Pop Makers, made of BPA-free plastic, make it easy to layer flavor, then pop out frozen treats once they’re ready. The molds are fitted with a reusable slotted lid that holds the included sticks in place. Our advice: Freeze, eat and repeat—all summer long.
