Margarita Truffles
This chocolate gets a little kick...

Mix up a big batch of margs to enjoy on the rocks and use in tasty white chocolate truffles. It gives 'em a citrusy punch!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
heavy cream
- 12 oz.
chopped white chocolate
- 2 oz.
softened cream cheese
- 1 tsp.
grated lime zest
- 3 Tbsp.
- 2 1/2 cups
graham cracker crumbs
- 12 oz.
milk chocolate, melted, for dunking
Flaked salt
Directions
- Step 1In a medium saucepan on low, heat heavy cream until bubbles form around the edges. Remove from heat; add white chocolate and whisk to melt. Whisk in cream cheese and lime zest until smooth, then margarita. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until well mixed, then chill until firm, 30 minutes.
- Step 2Roll mixture into tablespoon-size balls; transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until firm, 40 minutes.
- Step 3Dip in melted milk chocolate, tapping off excess. Sprinkle with flaked salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
