14.5-oz can artichokes, rinsed and chopped
- 2 cups
baby spinach
- 1/2 cup
finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 tsp.
red pepper flakes
4 slices country-style bread
Directions
- Step 1Heat broiler. Combine cream cheese, artichokes, baby spinach, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.
- Step 2Lightly toast bread, then spread topping over. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes.
