Mushroom and Chile-Garlic Green Beans

This simple side involves an easy two-step process: Just roast the mushrooms, then toss them in melted chile-garlic butter and blanched green beans.

Ingredients
- 1 lb.
mixed wild mushrooms, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp.
olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper
- 4 Tbsp.
unsalted butter
- 2
cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1
red chile, thinly sliced
- 1 lb.
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 450°F. On rimmed baking sheet, toss mushrooms with oil and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper and roast until golden brown and tender, about 25 minutes.
- Step 2Meanwhile, melt butter with garlic and chile on low, then cook until golden brown, 10 minutes. Toss beans with garlic butter and mushrooms.
