Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lime peel, grated
- 4 cups unsweetened shredded wheat squares
- 2 cups whole-grain crackers, broken up
- 1 cup roasted salted edamame
- 1 cup roasted salted cashews
Directions
- Step 1In small saucepan, melt butter, honey, soy sauce, and lime peel on medium. Combine unsweetened shredded wheat squares, whole-grain crackers, edamame, and cashews. Drizzle with butter mixture; toss well.
- Step 2Transfer to 2 large rimmed baking sheets. Bake at 275 degrees F in oven for 30 minutes, stirring and rotating pans halfway through. Cool completely. Can be stored in airtight container up to 3 weeks.
