This crunchy, savory salad gets an added sweetness from brown sugar and plums.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 2 tsp. Canola oil, plus more for brushing
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup Hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 3 plums, cut into wedges
  • 8 cups thinly sliced cabbage

Directions

    1. Step 1Brush pork tenderloin with canola oil; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Grill on medium-high, covered, 10 minutes, turning once .
    2. Step 2Whisk hot sauce with brown sugar and garlic cloves. Coat plums, with oil. Grill, cut sides down, 3 to 5 minutes, covered, turning once.
    3. Step 3Toss plums with cabbage, 2 teaspoons oil, and salt to taste; transfer to platter.
    4. Step 4Brush pork generously with hot-sauce mixture; grill 6 to 8 minutes more or until cooked through, brushing and turning. Slice pork; serve over plums and cabbage.
