Ingredients
- 1 oz.
amber rum
- 1 oz.
fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz.
Cointreau
- 1/2 oz.
fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz.
orgeat syrup (optional)
- 1 oz.
dark rum
Small pineapple wedge, for serving
Directions
- Step 1In a cocktail shaker, stir together rum, orange juice, Cointreau, lime juice, and orgeat syrup (if using).
- Step 2Add ice and shake until cold. Strain into a rocks glass and top with dark rum. Serve with a pineapple wedge.
