gin

egg white
- 1 Tbsp.
lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp.
lime juice
- 1 Tbsp.
heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp.
simple syrup
- 3
drops orange blossom water
Club soda
Directions
- Step 1In a cocktail shaker (with no ice), shake gin, egg white, lemon and lime juice, heavy cream, simple syrup, and orange blossom.
- Step 2Add ice and shake until cold. Strain into a Collins glass and top with a splash of club soda.
