Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp.
white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp.
red wine vinegar
- 1
clove garlic
- 2 tsp.
Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp.
honey
- 1/2 tsp.
red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and pepper
- 2/3 cup
canola or olive oil
- 1/4 tsp.
dried oregano
Directions
- Step 1In blender, puree vinegars, garlic, mustard, honey, red pepper flakes, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper until smooth.
- Step 2With blender on high speed, gradually add oil, then stir in oregano.
