Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
pitted green olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup
flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp.
lemon zest, plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp.
crushed red pepper
- 1/2 lb.
thinly sliced salami
- 8 oz.
fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 4
15-inch wraps
Directions
- Step 1In a bowl, combine olives, parsley, lemon zest and juice, and chili flakes.
- Step 2Divide salami and mozzarella among wraps, then spoon tapenade on top and roll tightly.
