Ingredients

olive oil

sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp.
sour cream
- 2 Tbsp.
mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp.
prepared horseradish, squeezed of excess moisture
- 1 tsp.
whole grain mustard
- 4
10-inch wraps
- 2
bunches watercress, thick stems discarded
- 1 lb.
roast beef, thinly sliced
Directions
- Step 1Heat oil in a large skillet on medium. Add onion and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown and very tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Step 2In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard.
- Step 3Spread mixture evenly on wraps, then top with watercress, caramelized onions, and roast beef. Roll tightly.
