Chinese Chicken Salad Wraps

Sweet and slightly tangy, these chicken salad wraps get a hit of crunch from roasted almonds and crispy chow mein noodles. Yum!

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp.
toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp.
rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp.
lime juice
- 2 tsp.
brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp.
red chili flakes

large Napa cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups)
- 1/4
small red cabbage, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 3 cups
shredded white meat rotisserie chicken
- 3
scallions, thinly sliced

Cara Cara oranges, peeled, segmented, and chopped

medium carrots, peeled and coarsely grated (about 2 cups)

10-inch wraps
- 1/2 cup
crunchy chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup
roasted almonds, chopped
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, brown sugar, chili flakes, and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Step 2Add cabbages, chicken, scallions, oranges, and carrots and toss to combine. Divide among wraps, then top with noodles and almonds and roll tightly.
