Sweet and slightly tangy, these chicken salad wraps get a hit of crunch from roasted almonds and crispy chow mein noodles. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp.

    toasted sesame oil

  • 2 Tbsp.

    rice vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp.

    lime juice

  • 2 tsp.

    brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp.

    red chili flakes

  • Kosher salt

  • 1

    large Napa cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups)

  • 1/4

    small red cabbage, shredded (about 1 cup)

  • 3 cups

    shredded white meat rotisserie chicken

  • 3

    scallions, thinly sliced

  • 2

    Cara Cara oranges, peeled, segmented, and chopped

  • 2

    medium carrots, peeled and coarsely grated (about 2 cups)

  • 4

    10-inch wraps

  • 1/2 cup

    crunchy chow mein noodles

  • 1/2 cup

    roasted almonds, chopped

Directions

    1. Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, brown sugar, chili flakes, and ½ teaspoon salt.
    2. Step 2Add cabbages, chicken, scallions, oranges, and carrots and toss to combine. Divide among wraps, then top with noodles and almonds and roll tightly.
