Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp.
white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp.
red wine vinegar
- 1
clove garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp.
fresh thyme
- 2 tsp.
Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp.
agave or honey (if not vegan)
- 6
leaves fresh basil
Kosher salt and pepper
- 2/3 cup
canola or olive oil
- 1/2 tsp.
red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp.
dried oregano
Directions
- Step 1In blender, combine vinegars, garlic, mustard, agave or honey, basil, and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper and blend until smooth. With blender on high speed, gradually add oil, then stir in red pepper flakes and oregano.
