Ingredients
- 1/4 lb.
feta cheese
- 1/2
red chile, sliced
- 2
sprigs thyme
- 1/2
lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp.
honey
- 1 Tbsp.
olive oil
Crusty bread, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Heat grill to medium. Tear off 12-inch square of foil. Place feta in center of foil.
- Step 2 Top with chile, thyme, and lemon. Drizzle honey over feta, then oil. Wrap foil around feta and crimp to seal and grill, covered, until feta is warm, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
