Ingredients
- 1/3 cup
soy sauce
- 1/3 cup
rice wine
- 2 Tbsp.
gochujang (Korean pepper paste)
- 1 Tbsp.
toasted sesame seeds
- 1
medium onion, sliced
- 2
cloves garlic, smashed
- 2
scallions, chopped
- 2 lb.
country-style ribs (about 12 ribs)
Directions
- Step 1In large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar, and gochujang. Stir in sesame seeds, onion, garlic, and scallions.
- Step 2Add ribs, turn to coat and refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- Step 3Heat grill to medium-high. Remove ribs from marinade and grill until just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
