Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp.
white wine vinegar
- 4 tsp.
honey
- 2
nectarines, sliced
- 1/2 cup
extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp.
very coarsely cracked black pepper
- 3/4 cup
ricotta cheese
- 4
large thick slices country bread
Directions
- Step 1In a bowl, whisk together vinegar and honey to dissolve. Add nectarine slices and toss to coat; let marinate 10 minutes. Add olive oil and black pepper and toss to coat.
- Step 2Grill or toast bread and spread with ricotta cheese, then spoon nectarines and juices on top.
