Ingredients
1-2 limes
- 1 Tbsp.
honey
- 2 tsp.
poppy seeds
- 2
grapefruits (1 red, 1 pink)
- 4
oranges (combination of blood, navel, and Cara Cara)
- 1
clementine
- 1/2 cup
pomegranate seeds
Yogurt, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Finely grate 2 teaspoons lime zest; reserve. Squeeze 3 tablespoons lime juice into small bowl, whisk in honey and poppy seeds.
- Step 2Cut away peel and white pith of grapefruits, oranges and clementine and slice into rounds. Arrange on platter, drizzle with lime dressing and sprinkle with lime zest and pomegranate seeds. Dollop with yogurt if desired.
