Ingredients

ground ginger

ground meat (beef, lamb, or turkey)

medium tomatoes

Directions
- Step 1In medium bowl, stir grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, cumin, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
- Step 2Heat oil in 12-inch skillet on medium-high; add onion and jalapeños. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon ground cumin, ginger, and ground clove. Cook 1 minute, stirring.
- Step 3Add ground meat, tomatoes, and 1 teaspoon salt. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is cooked, breaking up and stirring with wooden spoon.
- Step 4Brush naan with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees F on cookie sheet 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Place green lettuce leaves on naan; top with meat mixture and yogurt.
