Ingredients

Recipe Cookie Bars
- 1/2 tsp.
ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp.
ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup
pistachios
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 18- by 12-inch rimmed baking sheet with nonstick baking spray; line pan with foil, then spray foil.
- Step 2Prepare Cookie Bar dough, adding cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter with the butter, brown sugar, and salt.
- Step 3Press dough into prepared pan in very thin, even layer. Sprinkle with pistachios; press nuts into dough. With pizza cutter or very sharp knife, cut dough lengthwise into 3-inch-wide rectangles, then crosswise to form 3-inch squares. Cut squares diagonally into triangles.
- Step 4Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden. Cool completely on wire rack. Gently break triangles to separate.
