Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork top loin roast
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- tsp. ground cloves
- tsp. ground nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Step 1Rub pork with oil. Combine spices with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; rub all over pork. Refrigerate at least 4 or up to 24 hours.
- Step 2Prepare grill for covered direct and indirect grilling on medium-high. (For gas grills, light one-half of grill; for charcoal, move coals to edges, leaving center cooler.)
- Step 3Grill pork over direct heat 20 minutes or until browned on all sides, turning occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Move pork to indirect heat area on grill. Cook, covered, 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Let rest 10 minutes. Slice, and serve with salsa.
