Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 head savoy cabbage
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 green onions
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- tsp. pepper
Directions
- Step 1Heat butter and oil on medium in 5-quart saucepot. Add onion; cook 3 minutes, stirring.
- Step 2Stir in savoy cabbage, water, and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Step 3Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until cabbage is very tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in green onions, fresh tarragon leaves, and pepper.
