Ingredients
- 4 grapefruits
- 1 lb. cooked, shelled, and deveined shrimp
- 2 bulb fennel
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Step 1Cut peel and white pith from grapefruit; discard. Holding grapefruit, one at a time, over large bowl, cut out segments between membranes.
- Step 2Add shrimp, fennel, cilantro, olive oil, salt, and pepper to bowl. Toss gently.
