Use this easy red-wine marinade for up to 4 pounds of steak, pork, or dark-meat chicken.

Ingredients
- 4 lb. steak, pork, or dark-meat chicken
- 1 1/2 cups dry red wine
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 clove garlic
Directions
- Step 1In small bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended. Place meat in resealable plastic bag; add marinade, turning meat to coat all sides.
- Step 2Refrigerate 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Remove meat from marinade, and grill as desired.
