Ingredients
- cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 small garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Step 1In a medium bowl, with wire whisk, combinefresh lemon juice; Dijon mustard; dried oregano; garlic clove; salt; and freshly ground black pepper. Continue whisking while adding extra-virgin olive oil in slow, steady stream. Cover and refrigerate up to overnight.
