This quick and flavorful broccoli sauté requires only a few ingredients, which you probably already have in your pantry — perfect to round out a weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- salt
Directions
- Step 1Cut tops off broccoli; break into 1 1/2-inch florets. Peel and discard fibrous skin from stalk; slice into 1/4-inch-thick coins.
- Step 2In 12-inch skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add garlic and red pepper; cook 15 to 30 seconds, stirring, until fragrant. Add broccoli; cook 1 minute, stirring. Stir in water. Cover; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and water has evaporated. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
