Ingredients
- 2 ear husked corn
- Spicy Grilled Shrimp
- 2 head Boston lettuce
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 cup Light Ranch Dressing
- 5 dash Hot sauce
Directions
- Step 1Grill corn alongside Spicy Grilled Shrimp 10 minutes or until slightly charred, turning. Cool; cut kernels off cob.
- Step 2In large bowl, toss corn with lettuce, red or yellow pepper, celery, shrimp, Light Ranch Dressing, and hot sauce.
